Autumn Community Work Event 2025 at the University of Latvia Botanical Garden

Every year, autumn arrives as a messenger of change — a time when nature takes on vibrant colors and gently reminds us of the approaching winter. By dedicating time to conversations, togetherness, and work in the fresh air, we invite you to join us in helping prepare the grounds of the University of Latvia Botanical Garden for the winter season.

The clean-up work will begin at 10:30 , with participants gathering by the Botanical Garden’s event space “Šķūnis,” and will conclude around 15:00. The Botanical Garden will provide the necessary tools for the cleanup, but if you have a small knife, shovel, rake, or scissors at home, feel free to bring them along — they’ll definitely come in handy.

After a job well done, participants will be treated to warm soup, tea and a trivia quiz.
