CONFERENCE
LU SP invites all athletic and energetic enthusiasts to apply for the sports games “Dzinējs”, which will take place from June 27 to June 28 at the recreation complex “Burtakas”.
The time has come to recharge your competitive spirit, prepare your smiles, and create unforgettable memories! “Dzinējs” invites YOU and your team to take part in the biggest event of the summer! These are not ordinary sports games. It is a shared experience that unites, inspires, and fills you with emotions long after the finish line. New challenges, tests of strength, and, of course, an unforgettable two-day party await!
Sleeping accommodations at the event venue are available in limited quantities! Catering can also be arranged.
When?
June 27–28 of this year. The departure time for the bus ride will be specified later! Arrival from 10:00.
Where?
At the recreation complex “Burtakas”, located in Straupe, Cēsis Municipality.
Teams must consist of 6–8 participants, of whom:
- At least 3 must be permanent members of the University of Latvia community (students or academic staff);
- At least 2 must be women and 2 must be men;
- Each participant must be at least 18 years old.
Sports and corresponding team formats:
- Streetball (3 players, including 1 woman)
- Volleyball (4 players, including at least 1 woman)
- Football (5 players, including the goalkeeper, with at least 2 women)
- Frisbee (5 players, including at least 2 women)
- Tug of war (5 players, including at least 2 women)
